00 01 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Springfield Little Theatre’s The Fort project will be received at the Paragon Architecture, until 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 25th, 2025. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company.

The Fort warehouse project includes work on three warehouse buildings; all buildings will be secured and partially infilled with areas including a new kitchen, office, storage, and restroom area. All building renovations include new electrical and mechanical systems; some plumbing is included as well. The project also includes removal and replacement of existing window and overhead garage door systems.

Bidders may obtain Contract Documents beginning on Thursday, September 4th, 2025, from: Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. St. Louis St., Springfield, Missouri 65802, Phone: 417-869-2222. Sets are available for a refundable deposit and are available digitally at www.erplanroom.com.

The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of twenty (20) days.

All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S.
