DeWitt & Associates, Inc. will accept hand delivered, sealed bids for the Alliance for Healthcare Education Renovation located at 1423 N Jefferson, Springfield, MO 65802 by 2:00 pm CST on June 24, 2025. Bids will be read aloud publicly. Project is an interior renovation and small addition at the existing Cox North Hospital. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on June 10, 2025, at the project location. Access to the site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Attendance at the pre-bid will be weighed in CM award recommendations to the owner. Scope includes Final Cleaning, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, General Works, Millwork, Waterproofing, Roofing & Metal Panels, Aluminum Storefront, Drywall & Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Resinous Flooring, Painting, Food Service Equipment, Window Treatments, Fire Suppression, Plumbing & HVAC, Electrical & Earthwork.
