Project consists of filling in sidewalk gaps along Mt. Vernon Street from Lulwood Avenue to Westgate Avenue and on Miller Avenue from Tarkio Street to Mt. Vernon Street. Main elements of work include: approximately 13,500 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, approx. 1,000 SF of Concrete ADA Ramp, driveway replacements, approx. 1,000 linear feet of Curb and Gutter, and associated stormwater improvements.
The project also includes City sanitary sewer installation work to include main elements of: 720 LF of 8” gravity sewer line, 4 manholes, and 200 LF of lateral pipe. Lastly, the project includes City Utilities Gas & Water improvements.
