Polk County Library - Bolivar Branch Remodel

The project consists interior renovations, a new entry vestibule, and exterior patio, including several bid alternates. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing entry canopy and interior elements, site work, new construction with structural steel framing, concrete, TPO roof systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work. Construction Phasing will be critical to ensure the library remains open during construction, and the main entrance will be disrupted for as short a period as possible. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work.
