OTC ITTC - Renovations and MEP Upgrades

Project includes interior remodeling for new programs and spaces within the existing building. Addtionally, the project includes add alternates for infill of an atrium floor and infill of existing covered area for a new automotive lab and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Pre-bid Date location: Beginning in the Board of Trustees Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Information Commons. A site walk of the area of improvements will follow.

Bid Date location: Hand delivered bids are due at the Board of Trustees Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Information Commons located at Ozarks Technical Community College (Springfield Campus) no later than 3:00 p.m., CT, Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Mailed proposals should be received no later than 2:00 p.m., CT, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 sent to the Operations Center Building at 933 E. Central Ave., Springfield, MO 65802, Attn. Blayne Radford.
