Facility Renovations for Conway High School | Junior High

The project consists of facility renovations at the Conway High School / Junior High Campus, which will consist of gym renovations, new interior ramp, restroom renovations, and window replacement. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing wood tiered bleachers, arena seating, former lower-level kitchen, existing restrooms, exterior storefront/windows, and window overbuild; and new construction consisting of geofoam infill; concrete slabs, foundations, and ramps; retractable bleacher seating; arena seating; metal railings; electrical; mechanical; plumbing; and interior finish work. The project is located at 726 W. Jefferson Ave., Conway, Missouri 65632 in Laclede County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work
