Child Advocacy Center RFQ

The Child Advocacy Center (CAC) proposed Addition and Remodel of an existing office building is located at 1414 W Elfindale St. Springfield, MO 65807. The project scope includes site demolition, grading, and landscaping as needed for the parking expansion to the south vacant property facing Sunshine St., underground stormwater detention remediation, demolition and grading of the existing parking and select site elements to the East of the existing facility, relocation of existing utilities, demolition and remodel of some interior spaces within the existing approx.17,411 Sq.Ft. facility, and an approx. 12,553 Sq.Ft., 2-Story addition to the East, abutting the existing facility.
