Weaubleau FEMA Shelter

The project consists of construction of a New FEMA 361 Safe Room at the School Campus, which will comply with FEMA 361 requirements for a high wind event safe room. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site work, new construction of precast concrete walls and double tee roof panels, concrete, TPO roof systems, FEMA 361 rated windows and doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior finish work. The project is located at 22320 Center Street, Weaubleau, Missouri 65774 in Hickory County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work.
