Republic Parks Aquatic Center Expansion

The project consists of construction of a Lazy River at the Republic Aquatic Center, which will include a new Pool
House with a filter room. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition of trees, site work, new
construction for lazy river and pool house, concrete, standing seam metal roof, unit masonry and masonry veneer,
aluminum framed storefront, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscaping. The project is located at 711 E.
Miller Rd., Republic, Missouri 65738 in Greene County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the
work.
