All work necessary for full depth pavement replacement including 5,372 SY of Type 5 Aggregate Base, Bituminous Base and Bituminous Pavement; 13,470 SF of new sidewalk; 2,870 LF of concrete curb and gutter; full storm water conveyance system; and full erosion and traffic control for the Green Street Improvements as shown on the plans
